IFCI

Ifci Limited had informed the Exchange (NSE) regarding the Board meeting scheduled to be held on December 17, 2007 for consideration of Financial Bids to be received from the Bidders for acquisition of 26% stake in IFCI. The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "Pursuant to request for proposal for inducting strategic partner in IFCI we have received three responses from interested parties. These responses would be considered at Board Meeting to be held on 17th December 2007".
