Ltd has informed the Exchange that "In the light of the Maharashtra Government's repeal of the Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act (ULCRA) on November 29, 2007, the Company would like to state that its existing properties are not covered by the provision of the Act. The repeal of ULCRA, therefore has no impact on the Company's current projects, plans, or its future revenue streams"
