Jaiprakash Associates Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"We wish to inform the Exchange that in an expanding organization like ours, exploring new business opportunities is a continuous process. As a sequel to this effort, we keep examining various proposals including the one referred. The Stock Exchanges will be informed if and as soon as the proposal gets crystalised."
